Specifications include, but are not limited to: Rehabilitation of an existing Stormwater Management pond located in the Westover Woods II Subdivision. Work will include removal of sediment and vegetation from the bottom of the pond area; general reshaping of the pond area, removal and replacement of the existing underdrain, outlet control structure, and outfall pipe; selective removal of a portion of the existing RCP pipes and installation of box manhole structures with new storm drain pipe; construction of a new bio-retention area; and the restoration of the rock outlet protection associated with the pond discharge in accordance with the contract specifications and drawings. The work is located in the Westover Woods II Subdivision, (Parcel No.: 09-036.40-082); at the easterly end of Sarah Ct., in Newark, Delaware
