Specifications include, but are not limited to:New Castle County is seeking bids for the fabrication and erection of a new horse-hay barn at Carousel Park in support of the Carousel Indoor Arena/Horse-Hay Barn Project which is currently in the Bidding Phase to General Contractors. The Barn Fabricator is required to coordinate with the General Contractor on the installation of all utilities, foundations, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire sprinkler, and fire alarm work at the Barn, as well as, the misting system and the horse-waterers since these items would be attached to the barn structure after erection.
