Specifications include, but are not limited to:The purpose of this project is to purchase one (1) ¾ ton 2500/F250 style pickup for use by the Grand Forks Police Department personnel. 1.1.2 Proposals must be for a 2016 extended cab (Crew Cab acceptable) model black in color. 1.2 Roles and Responsibilities. 1.2.1 The City of Grand Forks is the solicitor and will have final authority on all specifications of the equipment. 1.2 2 The Point of Contact and project coordinator for any questions, clarifications or comments on this requested proposal will be Lt.
