Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.Description: A.– G. Base bid to include purchase price of all items listed above, H.Alternate Bid. Installation and mounting of Displays to owners specifications 2.Manufacturer to furnish descriptive literature, complete with specifications of display bid. 3.The successful bidder agrees to furnish the City a complete set of service and operations manuals. 4.The specific terms of all the display warranties shall be attached to, and be made part of, the bid proposal. 5.The City reserves the right to utilize the bid as a base bid, and to negotiate specific display options specific to the department’s usage and purpose. 7. Bidder to provide a list of three customer references and their contact information. 8. Bidder must provide the name and location of the nearest parts and service representative. 9. Delivery of all equipment shall not exceed 21 days upon notification of bid award.
