The State intends to enter into an agreement for two reserved beds and three stand-by beds located in the Bismarck/Mandan, ND, area for State’s clients who are receiving addiction treatment services or extended care services, or both, who are homeless or have no supports in the surrounding area to assist with providing temporary housing. Intended Source shall provide food for all meals and staff may assist clients in preparing their food utilizing food available in the kitchen. Intended Source shall provide laundry facility on-site for client use, 24-hour on-site staff support to all State clients housed within the residence, and assistance or monitoring for medication compliance to all State’s clients by staff. No additional specifications were given.
