Knowledge of principals, practices, methods and techniques of: oRehabilitation oNew Construction oEnvironmental Regulations oConstruction Costs and Estimating oEnergy Star materials qualifications, LEED requirements, and theDepartmentOfEner g y “ N e t Z e r o R e a d y : C h a l l e n g e H o m e s P r o g r a m ” Ensuring that materials used meet or exceed HUD requirements for construction and replacement. Ensuring that all building permits for renovation are pulled through Building Inspections for the City of Rowlett and that green tags are acquired during the Rehabilitation or other permit required process. Providing accurate DUNS numbers or CAGE codes for the System For Award Management (SAM), for the qualifying entity, and for all sub- contractors to utilized for permitted projects. Parties excluded from SAM are not eligible to receive grant funding, or for contracted work through the participating jurisdiction. Listing of Lead Based Paint certified Firm for projects exceeding $ 5 0 0 0 , a n d t h a t f a l l w i t h i n H U D S 2 4 C F R q u a l i f i c a t i o n s f o r “ T a r g e t e d H o u s i n g ” , a n d a l l l e a d l i c e n s i n g f o r l e a d s u p e r v i s o r s a n d R R P w o r k e r s . Copies of these licenses will be required, if selected, for documentation purposes
