Specifications include, but are not limited to: Harris County is accepting proposals from qualified vendors to provideWeb BasedPre and Post-Employment Background Screening for Harris Health System. Vendors will be required to conduct comprehensive screenings including but not limited to; criminal, previous employment, education and licensure. All background checks must be completed and verified within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of request by Harris Health System. The appropriate Human Resources office and/or various departments will utilize a web access to vendor’s web site to initiate all requests for services. All documentation and reports must be available on the vendor’s web site; download access must be available to authorized personnel. Timeliness and data accuracy are critical. Vendor’s system must have the ability to provide selective access to available information. Harris Health System will provide a list of authorized personnel following award.
