Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State intends to enter into an agreement for a 2-1-1 statewide phone line and website to connect individuals’ 24-hours per day, seven days per week, to behavioral health resource and referral information within the caller’s community. Intended Source must develop and submit process and outcome measures to the State for approval within 30 business days of the start of the agreement. Intended Source must provide a monthly process measure report by the 10th of the following month. Intended Source must provide a quarterly outcome measures report by the 10th of October, January, March, and July, to include quality assurance and any major programmatic changes. A comprehensive annual fiscal year-end report must be submitted to the State by the 10th of July. Intended Source must provide the State a Policy and Procedures Manual, including a staff training manual, with updates as necessary. Intended Source must accommodate State for on-site visits and participate in scheduled meetings and phone conferences as requested. Intended Source must participate in training and technical assistance provided by the State.
