Specifications include, but are not limited to:The State intends to enter into an agreement for statewide treatment for individuals with a gambling disorder and conduct media campaigns to address problem gambling prevention, awareness, crisis intervention, and treatment services. Intended Source must utilize problem gambling counselors nationally certified by the National Council on Problem Gambling and submit proof of certification within 30 business days of contract start date and update as necessary thereafter. Intended Source must provide treatment services based on best practice for treating individuals with problem gambling and submit programming utilized to the State within 30 business days of contract start date. Intended Source must provide the State a copy of their policy and procedures manual for approval within 30 business days of contract start date, including updates thereafter. Intended Source must utilize a sliding fee scale for individuals receiving services for a gambling disorder. A sliding fee scale may also be utilized for services provided to family members or significant others. Intended Source must develop and submit process and outcome measures to the State for approval within 30 business days from contract start date. A quarterly report consisting of the process and outcome measures must be submitted on or before the 10th of October, January, April, and July, and include any major programmatic changes. A comprehensive annual fiscal year-end report must be submitted to the State by the 10th of July.
