Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor shall be responsible for all installation, maintenance, stabilization, and repair of erosion and sediment control practices during construction, including those required for utility installation. i.Remove existing hotmix and gravel entrance within the limits of construction. Contractor shall place topsoil, grade to drain, and permanent seed. ii.All material removed from this site shall be disposed of at a location containing a valid sediment and stormwater management plan. iii.Staging Area – Proper erosion and sediment control measures as determined by the engineer shall be installed in all staging areas. All areas used by the contractor for staging operations shall be fully restored by the contractor upon completion of the contract.Restoration of the contractor’s staging areas shall be at the contractor’s expense.
