(See Detailed Specifications) Intended Source: Options Resource Center for Independent Living (Options RCIL, 318 3rd St NW, East Grand Forks, Minnesota 56721 Price: Payment for services will be $81,000.00, with no more than $70,500.00 awarded for completion of polling site accessibility surveys and related documentation (a $250.00/site flat rate), $6000.00 for purchase of computer/tablets and any needed software for surveyors, and $4500.00 for administrative costs, including fiscal administration, reporting, surveyor training, and coordination with three other Centers for Independent Living serving North Dakota. Justification: Options Resource Center for Independent Living (Options) is uniquely qualified to assist in this effort. It has been involved in ADA-related physical access issues and advocacy for many years. It has a working knowledge of the Help America Vote Act, individuals’ with disabilities right to vote, and physical access issues that are relevant to voting and polling sites.
