Specifications include, but are not limited to: Irving ISD is seeking qualified vendors to provide full service preventive and corrective maintenance services for all heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) and related mechanical systems owned and/or leased and operated by the District. The District’s goal is to engage the services of one or more vendor(s) that will maintain the equipment and systems in a manner that, according to the manufacturer’s recommended performance standards, provides the highest level of efficiency and occupant comfort, minimizes unscheduled downtime, and extends equipment life. 4.4.1 Vendors shall provide the necessary management, administration, supervision, labor, parts, materials, tools, vehicles and equipment required to perform preventive maintenance and repairs according to manufacturer specifications and corrective maintenance (repairs and service calls) as requested by the Irving ISD Maintenance Services Department.
