Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Department of Public Instruction, Student Support and Innovation Division (STATE) is soliciting proposals for 21st Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC) Competitive Grant Peer Reviewers from qualified individuals to assist in the evaluation and scoring of federal 21st CCLC grant applications. 21st CCLC Competitive Grant Peer Reviewers will work independently to evaluate and score one or two applications with approximately 25-50 pages each. Pages will vary based on the criteria established by the STATE. 21st CCLC grant application copies will be disseminated, after training has been completed, by mail or electronic means. Evaluation and scoring will be done individually from Offerors home or office and Offerors will have three weeks to complete and return their completed score sheets to the procurement officer. The STATE WILL NOTprovide workspace for the contractor
