Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Delaware, Department of State, Delaware Veterans Home (DVH) seeks to obtain competitive proposals from qualified bidders who are interested in providing Dietary Management and Dietary Staffing Services at the DVH located in Milford, Delaware. The RFP is intended to provide quality services and quality products at a cost savings to the State of Delaware. The Management and Staffing services shall provide oversight of the daily operations in the Dietary Department (kitchen and dining room) and take on complete control and operation of the Canteen. The Management and Staffing services shall review performance, change techniques or procedures to improve services, simplify workflow, promote efficient operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
