Page Size: 8 ½” x 11” Paper Stock: Cover: 65# white, smooth cover. Text: 50# white, smooth offset. Ink: Print 4/4, 4 color process, two sides, throughout, with bleeds. Finishing: Fold, collate, saddle stitch and trim. Package: Pack into sturdy, uniform size cartons and label “Motorcycle Manual 2015-2017” along with quantity per carton. Maximum weight per carton of 35 lbs. per carton. Order Fulfillment: Delivery of the initial order is required by September 1, 2015. One carton, of manuals to be sent to Drivers’ License office, 608 East Blvd, Bismarck, ND 58505, by September 1, 2015. Thereafter, shipments to agency sites are to take place once per month. Agency will notify vendor, via email regarding the number of cartons to ship to each location. Not all locations will request shipments each month. Ship or deliver (F.O.B. Destination) to 8 different sites within North Dakota: (currently-Bismarck, Minot, Jamestown, Dickinson, Fargo, Grand Fork, Devils Lake and Williston.)
