Specifications include, but are not limited to: Delaware Health and Social Services, Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health (DSAMH), is seeking proposals from qualified providers to provide Representative Payee services for adults throughout the State. A representative payee program is intended to provide money management for registered consumers for the Division. The representative payee shall be directly responsible for payment of rent, utilities and transportation, disbursement of funds for food and clothing for the consumer, and the provision of daily or weekly amount of money for each consumer’s personal use from their entitlements. Preference will be provided to applicants who propose to locate a representative payee, physically, on the county where the services will be provided.
