Specifications include, but are not limited to: Reinsulate the HVAC chill water and hot water supply & return lines (4 pipes) from the mezzanine entering the stage to both mechanical rooms located within the Auditorium facility. Approximately 975 Linear footage of pipe will be in the project (2 different sizes). The insulation to be applied shall be phenolic foam / SSL jacket, 2.5lb/ft3 density for the chill water supply and return lines and fiberglass insulation with SSL for the hot water supply and return lines. The accessibility for the project will consist of a “rolling scaffold” only, a mechanical lifting device is NOT allowed. The vendor will be responsible for keeping the area clean and a safe working environment, also repairing any and all damaged caused directly or indirectly by vendor.
