Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Irving Independent School District is seeking qualified firms interested in contracting with the District to provide various special education services as identified below. The award will be for a one (I) year period with an option to renew for four additional 12 month periods, for a maximum of five (5) years. These services shall be purchased on an "AS NEEDED" basis. with Irving ISD making the sole determination of need.
