Specifications include, but are not limited to: ORG 079 – Francisco Medrano Middle School HVAC Renovation - Project consists of the following; The project scope includes the HVAC system replacement of a ground source heat pump system to a new chilled a hot water system with air cooled chillers, boilers and fan coil units connecting to exiting ductwork. The existing push-pull pumps will be removed, and a new centralized pumping system will be installed. New controls will be provided for the new system. Geothermal wells will be capped and abandoned. New ceilings will be provided for areas where work is taking place. ORG 353 – Ann Richards STEAM Academy HVAC Renovation - Project consists of the following; The project scope includes the HVAC system renovation of a ground source heat pump piping system to a water source system with fluid coolers and boilers. The existing push-pull pumps will be removed, and a new centralized pumping system will be installed. Existing units will remain in place and receive new centralized piping and piping packages. Existing controls will remain for the heat pumps with new controls for the fluid coolers, boilers and pumps. 6 heat pump units will be replaced with similar unit in the same location. Geothermal wells will be capped and abandoned. New ceilings will be provided for areas where work is taking place.
