Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of North Dakota, acting through its State Procurement Office (STATE) is soliciting proposals for land title services relating to leasing/easements/rights of way acquisitions, landowner negotiations, reclamation negotiations, and curative work for surface and mineral ownership. The goal of this RFP is to create a contractor vendor pool for state agencies to utilize for these services. Certifying abstracts is not within scope of this RFP. This RFP will result in a multiple award contract with up to three vendors who are most susceptible for award due to needing vendor availability to perform as-needed services in various locations in the state with the possibility of the short turn-around.
