Specifications include, but are not limited to:Bids for the project shall be made on the basis of cash payment for the following estimated types of work for complete provision; provision of wireless internet access (WiFi) for passengers, tenants and staff at the airport. The Wifi system will operate over passive and active infrastructure provided by the airport, with ongoing maintenance and service of all WiFi equipment and software (both airport provided and concession provided) maintained and serviced by the WiFi concession contractor. The WiFi Concession will provide free internet access and optional paid higher bandwidth internet access for users as defined in the WiFi concession contract agreement. In addition to the provision of WiFi operations and service, the WiFi Concession contractor will be required to provide programming, integration, coordination and commercial agreements with internet uplink service providers, the Minot airport network for assignment of network IP addressing and VLAN tasks and other miscellaneous items defined in the work. The Concession will be allowed to retain revenue received via commercial advertisement as defined in the Concession agreement
