Specifications include, but are not limited to: These specifications cover delivery of fuel oil and diesel fuel to various installations. The contractor shall, upon request of the Purchasing Division, furnish a certificate listing the average test results on the material they propose to supply according to ASTM Standard Tests, and shall likewise give the average BTU per pound. This bid shall include delivery to all present locations and any new locations that shall be established by the various New Castle County agencies. Vendor shall provide bid products to new locations as the need arises. New Castle County reserves the right to delete locations. The above oil and fuel shall meet the federal, State of Delaware, and Environmental Control Regulations concerning fuel and oil.
