Specifications include, but are not limited to: Snow Removal Services Located at 2624 9th Avenue S, Fargo, ND 58103 Bid must include: 1. Cost per hour for front end pay loader with blade or bucket – 3 yard minimum capacity 2. Cost per hour for bobcat type loader or snow blower to clean sidewalks if requested 3. Cost per hour for hauling snow 4. Cost per hour for plow truck 5. Cost per hour, per time or per cubic yard for sanding and salting parking lot Snow removal must be completed by 7:00am if snow fall is greater than 1 inch. If snowfall is continuous through or part of the day, then a path must be made down the center of the parking lot before 5:00pm so that the staff are able to leave the lot at the end of the working day. Snow may not be piled up in front of the garage doors or windows or left on the sidewalks.
