The vendor will administer and provide Women’s Way and colorectal cancer (CRC) services including recruitment, enrollment of new clients, re-enrollment of current clients, education, coordination and provide patient navigation services to eligible women or men in the New Town, North Dakota community and surrounding area. The vendor is expected to reach the minimum screening goal of women for Women’s Way services which is subject to change (the current goal is 88 women with facilitated screens which includes 44 women meeting income eligibility). The vendor must be known in the New Town, North Dakota area and have experience with the Women’s Way program. The vendor will ensure enrolled clients obtain services which include a clinical breast exam, mammogram, pelvic exam and Pap test and/or high quality CRC screening. The vendor will also assist Women’s Way clients to complete required Women’s Way forms and if necessary, the Medicaid – Women’s Way Treatment Program application form.
