Specifications include, but are not limited to:Compilation/Printing of 2015 Edition of the North Dakota Criminal & Traffic Law Book and eBook Compilation: Services to compile annotate and index North Dakota Criminal and Traffic Laws and all enacted legislation resulting from the 2015 legislative session to prepare a publication in printed and electronic eBook form. The publication must be substantially similar in format, font size, and ease of use to previous editions, samples of which may be requested by contacting the Procurement Officer. A concise and easy to navigate format is required. The book must include succinct and space-saving annotations and research references. Successful bidder must prepare a Table of Contents. Successful bidder must prepare Cover Page and preface. Successful bidder must prepare accurate and complete index, including new and updated additions to the Index generated by ND Highway Patrol. Successful bidder must incorporate new additions into existing Index. This includes having the successful vendor removing the Notes of Decisions material or other Indexes to accommodate the State of North Dakota’s preferences. Artwork: Successful bidder shall be responsible for securing current and applicable codes from the North Dakota Legislative Council from PDF files. Any modification and/or alterations required shall be the responsibility of the bidder. Proof: No proof required. Successful bidder is responsible for completeness and accuracy of formatted work. See warranty language in the section titled “Special Terms and Instructions.” Electronic (e-book): Electronic, files that are a searchable version of the code contained in the printed edition, provides full search content of the printed publication with links in the table of contents or index to various sections of the book. The eBook must use a standard eReader and does not require a custom eReader. Allows user to highlight, bookmark and enter notes on specific pages. Finished Size: 7 1/2” x 10” Number of Pages: The 2013 edition contained approximately 480 pages. The number of pages in the 2015 edition should be estimated at 480 pages but, will be dependent upon the changes enacted. A signature size of 16 pages is being assumed by the State.
