Specifications include, but are not limited to:General. (a.) Contractor will provide Labor ,materials, warranties, and any needed rental equipment to demolish an dispose of the three (3) existing HVAC Gas heating / Electric Rooftop HVAC systems and one spilt system heat pump, low voltage control wiring, condensate piping, electrical disconnects / circuit breakers and replace it with a new equipment, roof curb adapters, new refrigerant lines sets (existing copper shall not be re-used), electrical disconnects, high voltage whips, and new digital programmable thermostats. Services shall meet acceptable performance and quality standards as set forth in this Contract. TXDPS reserves the option of purchasing either labor, or both labor and materials from the Contractor. (b.) Prior to bid submittal, Contractor must attend the mandatory site visit to inspect the current system and conditions. Contractor is responsible for verifying all field conditions such as voltages, sizes, clearances etc
