Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State intends to enter into an agreement for training of up to 25 administrative staff that interact with and supervise staff as an integral part of their jobs. The training uses the intended source’s existing curriculum, which is delivered by a master trainer and was developed to help leaders influence organization-wide behavior, achieve universal accountability, dialog safely about any topic, and increase employee engagement through self-directed change. The training does not provide the standard workshop setting where the trainer lectures to the participants.
