Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State intends to purchase natural gas, in a separate agreement, on a reasonable efforts interruptible basis for the State Hospital and Life Skills & Transition Center. The State intends to enter into an agreement with the Intended Source to deliver the natural gas from the State’s Border Stations located in Jamestown, ND, and Grafton, ND. The Jamestown, ND, Border Station supplies the State Hospital Power House and the Border Station located in Grafton, ND, supplies the Life Skills & Transition Center. All gas delivered shall be merchantable and shall conform to all of the specifications promulgated or otherwise required by the State Hospital or Life Skills & Transition Center, or both, at the Points of Delivery.
