Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Delaware Department of Education (DDOE) seeks assistance in the development and execution of a statewide survey for our new accountability system, the Delaware School Success Framework (DSSF). The DSSF will include aligned student, teacher, and family surveys, which can be taken in multiple formats. Support for increasing survey response should be a portion of the proposal. The Vendor will be responsible for a scope of work that includes three main components: (1) design and implementation of the survey components, (2) development and maintenance of the data and survey, (3) the potential for interim as well as end-of-year survey options for schools and/or districts, and (4) development and execution of a process to support a high response rate for all communities in the state. DDOE intends that the DSSF Survey and the related mobile application will be live for public use by December 31, 2015.
