Establish Baseline Performance Data for systems shown on Construction Documents produced in the 2019 calendar year that include but are not limited to the systems outlined under paragraphs 3.5.1 – 3.5.3 3.1.3. Develop Current Facility Requirements (CFR) 3.1.4. Develop the Initial EBCx Plan 3.1.5. Establish the Systems Manual Outline and gather Existing Manuals 3.1.6. Perform Assessment 3.1.7. Initiate EBCx Report with Assessment Report 3.2. The Commissioning Process activities completed by the Commissioning Authority during the Investigation Phase include: 3.2.1. Perform Site Investigation, Functional Testing and Balancing 3.2.2. Provide Testing and Balancing Report 3.2.3. Perform Issue and Opportunity Analysis 3.2.4. Update EBCx Report with Investigation Report 3.3. The Commissioning Process activities accomplished by the Commissioning Authority during the Hand-Off Phase include: 3.3.1. Develop On-going Commissioning Plan 3.3.2. Assemble Systems Manual 3.3.3. Train Facility Personnel 3.3.4. Verify Training Effectiveness 3.3.5. Finalize EBCx Report 3.3.6.
