Specifications include, but are not limited to: The awarded vendor must provide an on call representative for consultation concerning equipment repair on nights and weekends to offer expertise and assist with decisions regarding what type of motors, shafts, bearings and other HVAC equipment is needed to meet the requirements of the Christina School District. The awarded vendor must be available for the consultation and capable of responding within 1 hour of the call. When it is necessary, the awarded vendor must be able to meet on site at schools with a Christina School District HVAC technician to review the equipment to reference parts needed. The vendor must have the expertise to view the equipment, cross reference parts for all existing district equipment, retain the ability to rewind motors and rebuild unit ventilator blower motor assemblies.
