Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Remove one (1) rapid roll-up door. B. Install one (1) new rapid roll-up door that opens vertically and is electric motor operated. C. Contractor shall have a valid C-61/D-28 license. D. Contractor shall field verify measurement of existing door and ensure the replacement door is of the same size and type. E. Test all door functions, including but not limited to, the electrical wiring and connections, chain shafts, gears and bearings to ensure door is operational. F. Door shall be galvanized, steel flat slats with end locks to maintain alignment. G. Finished door will be powder coated for durability and color to match existing. H. Ensure door is balanced and properly adjusted, drive chains are tight and manual system is operational. I. Door shall be designed to withstand wind pressure of 20 pounds per square foot (psf) of door area and have a near-airtight seal and knock-away feature for easy reassembly upon impact.
