Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor will provide the data processing services in client visit report (CVR); lab results and reports; data modules; training and system support for the Title X North Dakota Family Planning Program (NDFPP). Responsibilities include: a program manual; maintain NDFPP CVR; develop NDFPP reports; provide CVR and lab modules program training for state office and subrecipients; maintain state lab HL7 interface; provide program data module maintenance and helpdesk ongoing for the state office and subrecipients; maintain monthly NDFPP and Infertility Prevention Program (IPP) data processing reports for the regional IPP office; develop and conduct data edits for Title X Family Planning Annual Report (FPAR) reporting requirements and program reports; provide the FPAR data reports by February 1 of each year; provide monthly NDFPP and IPP data processing reports for reporting to the regional IPP office; provide program specific reports; and provide complete FPAR data reports specific to the current Title X FPAR requirements.
