Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Four times per week: a. Clean all rest rooms with a commercial cleaner/disinfectant/stain remover. Restroom cleaning shall include: floors, bathroom door and ceiling vents, sinks, basins, urinals (including top, sides, bottom under rims and overflow outlet), faucets, drains, dispensers, mirrors, plumbing fixtures, partitions and doors, along with wall tiles around fixtures and any other items as necessary. All surfaces should be maintained stain free from any rust or other mineral deposits. b. Clean and replenish all tissue, towels, soap, and other dispensers. c. Lunch room cleaning shall include: sweep and mop floor; clean sink; and wipe down counters, tables and chairs, exterior of appliances and interior of microwave. d. Clean all water fountains. 2) Two times per week: a. Vacuum all carpeted areas. b. Empty trash containers and replace liners as needed; place trash in designated areas. c. Sweep/dust mop and then wet mop all resilient tile and quarry tile
