Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contract will encompass preliminary and final design plans and detailed specifications for county staff to perform projects internally, as well as projects that will be formally bid out and performed by a general construction contractor. A. The projects will consist of preparation of plans and specifications to renovate existing office space that will require new floor plan configuration, office furniture layout, ADA and Fire Code compliance, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, security upgrades, at various locations, and varying degrees of complexity. B. The architect will analyze and prepare preliminary design of the proposed renovations. After review and approval by all parties, the architect will commence with the final plans and specifications, which must comply with City of El Paso Codes, and all other local, state, and federal regulations as applicable.
