Specifications include, but are not limited to: The STATE is seeking a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) professional board licensing software solution and website design, along with maintenance and support that will meet the specifications in this RFP. The STATE is soliciting proposals to replace its current website and data repository systems which are used for managing the application and renewal processing of various licenses and provisional permits. The goal of this project is to have a fully functional website management system and data repository that will be used to automate the licensing application and renewal process. The Contractor will develop and implement this system, including importing pertinent data from the current system, setting up the system to enable initial and final testing of the system, final implementation of the system, and training for users to be able to use the system.
