Specifications include, but are not limited to:The successful offeror shall administer STATE’s JOBS program in one or multiple regions in accordance with TANF federal regulations, state law, TANF State Plan, and TANF Work Verification Plan and Crossroads policy. The successful offeror shall provide TANF participants with case management services, job preparation, job development and job placement services, and assess the need for support services to assist them to find work or improve their earning potential. The successful offeror shall provide Crossroads participants with case management services, assist the participant in obtaining a high school diploma or GED, and assess their needs for support services and referrals services. The successful offeror shall provide PRIDE participants with case management services, job preparation, job development and job placement services, and assess the need for support services to assist them to find work or improve their earning potential. The successful offeror may submit proposals on TANF/Crossroads, or TANF/Crossroads and PRIDE, or PRIDE. The proposals may be for specific regions of the state or statewide and must clearly state this within the proposal. The successful offeror will provide case management services. Assessment of participants that focuses on needs identification to determine the need for any medical, educational, social, or other services.
