Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide inspection and preventative maintenance services to improve equipment operations, increase equipment efficiency, minimize equipment breakdown and prolong equipment life of the HVAC systems outlined in this Scope of work. B. The Contractor shall provide preventative maintenance to all locations mentioned in the Scope of work. C. The Contractor shall provide repair services to all location mentioned in this Scope of work and all other City owned locations on as needed basis.
