Specifications include, but are not limited to: Supporting the dramatic improvement of student achievement at the school sites 2. Development, review, and support of curriculum aligned to state standards 3. Leading facilitating, planning, and supporting data-driven professional development for staff 4. Support and accountability for all programmatic staff 5. In-school and in-class supports for all instruction, assessment, etc. 6. Participation in all school-site leadership and operational meetings; support at district events, as needed and appropriate 7. Transition work of the school community, as applicable 8. Full-time placement at the school site, except for approved school holidays, with hours to be no shorter than that which the school’s principal officially works
