Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Remove and replace two (2) existing glass panels with new level 3 ballistic glass panels on top of existing counter in matching aluminum framing in lobby. B. Ballistic glass to be lightly tinted. Contractor to provide tinting options to Facilities Coordinator at pre-construction meeting. C. Furnish all new framing and counter material to support the glass panels as necessary. Interior and Exterior of ballistic glass shall be sealed in the framing, free from airflow and movement around the glass panels. D. Paint and finish the front face around windows, if needed. Paint color to match existing. E. Contractor shall ensure that the work area is kept clean and free of debris, as necessary, to maintain a safe working environment for staff. All debris, trash and packaging are to be disposed of off-site on a daily basis. F. Install new speak thru on new ballistic glass, same height of existing. Install new trays, match to existing, where needed.
