Specifications include, but are not limited to:21 ea Collapsible Table for Meeting Room Bid specifications for tables: Rectangular shape with dimensions of 60 inches long, by 30 inches wide with height between 28 inches and 31 inches. Shall be folding or collapsible so they can be stored away when not in use Surface must be smooth to allow for writing and surface must be water resistant and wear resistant with a wood grain laminate finish. Please indicate if there are options for wood grain colors. Must have molded edges and rounded corners. Must have a load capacity of 500 lbs. or greater for evenly distributed loads and 300 lbs. or greater for concentrated loads. If the tables have a cart where they can be stored and moved when not in use, please provide information on the cart including the number of tables it can hold, if the cart is on wheels and can be used to transport the stored tables and its cost. NOTE: This will be considered separately from the cost of the tables.
