Specifications include, but are not limited to: cope of Work: Develop and conduct training for youth self-advocates, age 12-18. Expectations Develop or utilize training materials that would develop self-advocacy skills for youth. Provide a copy of the curriculum with the application. Define what you will teach. Why is the curriculum important? How will you teach the curriculum? Collaborate with community partners. Collaborate with individuals who have disabilities and their family members. Develop an evaluation plan that can demonstrate success, to include the number of people served and the impact of dollars spent on the project. Conduct the training. Identify and provide NDSCDD with the number of individuals who have joined boards or workgroups. Trainees will be required to develop an action plan. The successful applicant will be required to report on the results of the action plans.
