Specifications include, but are not limited to:Scope of Work: Provide training, outreach, and technical assistance to parents within North Dakota on the topic of employment-directed services for transition age youth, ages 14-26. Increase Expectations for Integrated Employment for people of all abilities and utilization of Employment First Practices by conducting education and outreach to parents by designing awareness and educational materials about Employment First for individuals with disabilities and their families to: Explain the benefits of employment. Address family concerns and perceived obstacles. Encourage individuals and families to seek inclusive employment services, including what to ask for, how to plan, and student and parent’s rights.
