Specifications include, but are not limited to:Texas A&M University-Commerce (herein referred to as University) is soliciting proposals from companies that focus on providing Real Estate Courses. University is an institution of higher education located on US 50, Commerce, Texas. It is the intention of University to contract with a single partner to provide these services. University desires to engage the services of an outside vendor, independent and not as an employee, to provide these services to the University. Vendor must have demonstrated competence in providing requested service and must have the qualifications and experience necessary to perform, manage and services outlined in this RFP. The services will be provided in accordance with the terms, conditions, requirements, and specifications set forth in this RFP. Specifications as set forth as an attachment to this RFP and will become a part of the contract if written herein.Through a partnership with Texas A&M University-Commerce, provide quality, online prequalifying courses to prospective real estate students for preparation for a career in real estate. Continuing education courses are also required. 2.3 Specifications:The vendor must be able to provide the following: •Prequalifying courses to include: Principles I & II, Finance, Law of Agency, Contracts and Promulgated Forms or courses prescribed by the Texas Real Estate Commission •Texas Real Estate test preparation course •Continuing education and SAE courses should include: a Legal & Ethics (6 hours); a 9-hour elective; and 6 hour broker responsibility course or courses prescribed by the Texas Real Estate Commission •Courses must meet the qualifications for approval through the Texas Real Estate Commission •Ability to provide registration data to Texas A&M University – Commerce on a daily basis
