Specifications include, but are not limited to: To procure a vendor who will develop the infrastructure and community partnerships; and provide an implementation plan for two Project Search sites with in North Dakota. This announces the intention of NDSCDD to award funds for one entity to (1) develop and provide the Council with an implementation plan for Project SEARCH in North Dakota, (2) develop potential Project SEARCH sites by developing collaboration relationships in two communities. Partners in this collaboration would be school systems personnel, businesses, the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation and other appropriate adult agencies. (3) provide support for school districts, businesses, and/or other entities. The project funded by NDSCDD under this announcement must also gather information about emerging barriers and opportunities for students with developmental disabilities transitioning to employment.
