This equipment is composed of: Two (2) 18 ton / Gas furnace Rooftop HVAC Units, and all associated accessories for proper performance (See TXDPS Specifications for detailed requirements). The equipment information in this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for informational purposes only. All equipment sizes, voltages, clearances, sealants, accessories, piping, wiring, options, etc., shall be field verified by the contractor prior to placing a bid, and associated costs included in the bid. If the information provided in this invitation for bid is in conflict with the existing equipment, the contractor shall notify the purchasing department of TXDPS, in the form of a “Request for Information” before submittal deadlines stated.
