Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide all of the materials, equipment, labor and coordination required to complete the scope of work as generally described below, and as further detailed in the Drawings and Specifications. It includes but is not limited to: 2.3.1 1. Removal and on-site salvage of existing concrete pavement. 2. Removal and on-site salvage of existing curb and gutter, and construction of new curb and gutter. 3. Reconstruction of the existing parking lot asphalt pavement, including grading and grade control. 4. Construction of new areas of asphalt pavement for the parking lot, including associated earthwork. 5. Removal of existing sidewalk and construction of new concrete sidewalk. 6. Construction of new curb inlet and storm sewer with creek outfall. 7. Construction of grouted stone riprap around storm sewer outfall. 8. Construction of new sidewalks and concrete steps to existing walking track. 9. Pavement markings (striping and related) and signage. 10. Seeding/sodding of disturbed areas. 11. Measures to prevent storm water pollution and migration of silt from the project site
