Specifications include, but are not limited to: The improvements consist of furnishing all labor and materials for the Sussex County pipe replacement project. This contract consists of 3 (three) bridges throughout various locations in Sussex County, which includes: Bridge 3-113, Bridge 3-409, and Bridge 3-941. General project scope at each site involves replacing corrugated metal pipes with concrete pipes. Additional work performed includes reconstruction of the roadway, upgrading guardrail (Bridge 3-113 only), replacing drainage pipes, grading roadway slopes and placing rip-rap in the stream for scour protection. All work will be performed under a full road closure at each location, and other incidental construction in accordance with the location, notes and details shown on the plans and as directed by the Engineer
