Specifications include, but are not limited to: Workforce Safety and Insurance’s (WSI) Special Investigations Unit (SIU), has an ongoing need for investigative services and plans to meet this need by awarding contracts to multiple vendors to create a statewide pool of vendors no smaller than five vendors. Vendors that supply investigative services may submit a proposal in response to this RFP. The unit wants assistance in investigating all aspects of WSI’s administration of North Dakota’s workers’ compensation system, including the areas of fraud, general claim compensability, subrogation, and collection of money judgments. Firms interested in providing these services should submit a proposal in response to this RFP.
