Specifications include, but are not limited to:Vendor shall provide service to pick up and deliver units to any site within New Castle County, DE twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week. The Department of Special Services Dispatch Office will contact the Vendor for all rentals and will log the request on a spread sheet which will be maintained by New Castle County. The Dispatch Office will contact the Vendor to pick up all units once the work has been completed. At the time of the call by Dispatch, the Vendor will supply a confirmation number that Dispatch will enter on the spread sheet for each pick up location. Any items left on site after the date of receiving the confirmation number will not be paid by for by New Castle County
